He previously co-founded Quantafuel - producers of high-quality synthetic fuels and chemical products based on non-recyclable plastics waste. He is a serial entrepreneur and has managerial experience working in senior positions at several listed and unlisted companies, from the industrial, lifestyle and media sector internationally and the Nordics, having worked in Idex, First House, and Amedia.

Christian A. Hvamstad is the Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder of Wastefront. Hvamstad previously founded Jagca Capital and was a former board member of Quantafuel UK, building up over 15 years of experience in wealth management, capital markets and credit management, having worked at Nordea, SEB, First Securities, and Lindorff.

Vegard Bringsjord is the Chief Financial Officer & Co-Founder of Wastefront. His experience ranges from asset finance, restructuring, and risk management in energy, to shipping and commodity trade - having worked at Nordea’s Shipping, Offshore, and Oil Services Division as well as Angola LNG Marketing.

Henrik Selstam is an Engineering Physicist and Chief Technology Officer at Wastefront. He was a co-founder of Quantafuel and ScandGreen Energy, and has more than 25 years of experience as founder and CEO/MD of multiple companies in IT, Real Estate, and Waste - including Energy MSX International, Bridge Group International, and Fastighetsinvest. During a Masters Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, Henrik specialised in Neutron Physics, Medical Electronics, and Macro Economics.

Maria is one of Norway’s best known former oil, gas and energy executives, with international experience including her most recent role as Deputy CEO and COO at Europe’s leading oil and gas company, Wintershall DEA, and additional top-level positions at companies such as Hydro, Equinor, Aker and Engie. Maria has served as a board member of multiple Scandinavian industry leading companies - including Det norske oljeselskap ASA, Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA, and Yara International - over the past twenty years, with current, active board member positions at Schlumberger, Alfa Laval, Scatec Solar and Oslo Bygg.
