Christian A. Hvamstad is the Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder of Wastefront. Hvamstad previously founded Jagca Capital and was a former board member of Quantafuel UK, building up over 15 years of experience in wealth management, capital markets and credit management, having worked at Nordea, SEB, First Securities, and Lindorff.

Henrik Selstam is an Engineering Physicist and Chief Technology Officer at Wastefront. He was a co-founder of Quantafuel and ScandGreen Energy, and has more than 25 years of experience as founder and CEO/MD of multiple companies in IT, Real Estate, and Waste - including Energy MSX International, Bridge Group International, and Fastighetsinvest. During a Masters Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, Henrik specialised in Neutron Physics, Medical Electronics, and Macro Economics.

Lars Erik Fareid has extensive experience within the field of chemical recycling of waste materials, industrialization of chemical recycling a well as raw material and product control. He was involved in the process engineering and start-up of the world’s largest post-consumer plastics chemical recycling facility. Before he started his own consultancy firm, Chemgot, he held the position of Vice President of R&D in Quantafuel, a plastic recycling company. Lars Erik holds a M.Sc. in chemical engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2006.

A member of the Devaltec team, John Hemmings has decades of experience leading teams of engineers and scientists to bring new technologies from the laboratory to commercialization. He worked in Synthetic Fuels, Alternative Energy, Engineering and Commodity Chemical companies (AECI, Foster Wheeler, SNC Lavalin, SGC Energia, Climax Global Energy). He holds several patents and is a past winner of the Gold Medal of the South African Institution of Chemical Engineers for Process Innovation.

A member of the Devaltec team, Jorge Sampaio Silva has over 20 years of professional experience in alternative fuels project development. With a chemical engineering background, he is a project engineer but also supports project control, financial modeling, and business development. More recently, he was a Business Development Analyst/Coordinator for the biofuels company SGCE Energia.

A member of the Devaltec team, Dr. Govind Raman is a Chemical Engineer with over thirty years of experience in Process and Project Development, Pilot plant, FEED and detailed engineering & Start-up. He has managed multiple engineering projects in the field of New Energies. Prior to Devaltec, he worked for Technology and EPC companies. He holds a Ph.D., from I.I.T., Bombay, India.

Jorge Moreno has more than 20 years of experience from the oil & gas and renewable sectors, starting in PEMEX in 1996. He has also worked in Aker Solutions for several international projects, and in Quantafuel, a company using renewable technology for transforming waste plastic into fuel, as a Principal Engineer. Mr. Moreno is responsible of the technology management for Wastefront.He holds a bachelor in Industrial and Electronic engineering, a master degree in Business Administration, and a Doctoral degree in Engineering and Offshore Technology from the University of Stavanger, Norway.

Ingrid Flåte holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from NTNU in Trondheim, Norway and a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from SDU in Odense, Denmark, where she specialized and wrote her thesis in "Trace Elements in Colour Pigments in Danish Murals Detected by LA-ICP-MS

A member of the Devaltec team, Andrew was a top executive in Oil & Gas with a focus on commissioning/start-up and operations across international chemicals, oil and gas operations. He led the start-up of the Shell Bintulu Gas to Liquids facility and was responsible for the CSU integration of the Chevron Gorgon LNG project. This first-hand experience saw his key involvement in the development and implementation of operational readiness/assurance and flawless start-up programs both of which remain embedded in Shell project development to this day.
